Ellie Mental Health is a growing, multi-clinic practice focused on ending the stigma around mental health and making quality care more accessible. We’re built to reduce burnout—less admin, more clinical work, and a culture that truly supports therapists.

We’re looking for a therapist who enjoys working with individuals, couples, kids/adolescents, families, or a combination to join our Meridian, ID clinic. Have a niche clientele that you love? Great! What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning (DSM-5)
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum 25 client sessions per week
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Use creative, evidence-based interventions
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
• Licensed in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, LPC, etc.)
• Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Experience with kids/teens and/or couples/families preferred
• Strong communication skills and comfort with diverse populations

Bonus (not required): Gottman, EFT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, trauma work, insurance credentialing
