Ever Forward Counseling x Neurofeedback is growing! We’re looking for a clinician who is positive, upbeat, humble, and ready to be part of a healthy team culture. We have three pathways to join us:

1. 1099 Clinician Contractor

• $65/hr per session

• We manage credentialing, marketing, EHR, and scheduling, and provide a furnished office

• Minimum 10 clinical slots (preferably Wed–Fri)

• Ability to scale your personal practice onsite

2. Ever Forward Fellowship (1099 Contractor)

• $55/hr

• Includes mentorship and, after 90 days, one hour/week of paid business coaching

• Perfect for newer clinicians—especially those interested in future scholarship or a terminal degree in Counselor Education

• All the benefits of the 1099 role, plus a guided professional development experience

3. Office Rental

• Rent an unfurnished office and build your independent practice near us ($600/month includes utilities and internet)

• Enjoy the benefit of a supportive, values-driven professional community
