Compensation

• Fully licensed clinicians: $75–$80 per billable hour
• Full-time licensed clinicians commonly earn $120,000+ annually
• Pre-licensed clinicians: $45 per hour with weekly supervision provided
• Automatic increase to $75–$80/hr upon full licensure

Support and Benefits

We provide the structure and tools so you can focus on clinical work and client care:

• Consistent referrals and full caseload typically within 1–2 months
• Insurance credentialing provided
• Strong marketing and online presence
• Comfortable office space in Boise or Meridian
• Administrative support for billing, scheduling, and collections
• Weekly supervision and clinical consultation as needed
• Professional liability insurance paid
• Annual Idaho license fee covered
• Up to $2,000 for training and continuing education
• $1,500 annual CEU credit
• Simple IRA with 3% employer match
• Health Reimbursement Arrangement (2%–5%)
• Access to a $3,000 interest-free pay advance
• Office supplies and administrative support staff provided

Who We Are Looking For

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician in Idaho
• Warm, motivated, and growth-oriented
• Strong ethical foundation and commitment to excellent client care
• Interest in autonomy paired with a supportive team environment

Full-time preferred, with part-time considered for the right candidate.
