Are you ready to support mental wellness in the Meridian, ID area? Join our team with locations in Meridian and Boise. This role allows for a blend of in-person and telehealth services, giving you the freedom to craft your ideal work mix - whether that's 3 days in the office and 2 from home or another arrangement. Day-to-day, you'll handle client scheduling, conduct intake assessments, lead therapy sessions, and collaborate closely with a clinical supervisor. Initial screenings are managed centrally to match clients with therapists based on their availability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a connection and create a positive relationship with clients during intake sessions
  • Participate in both individual and group supervision sessions, as well as attend clinical training sessions regularly
  • Develop and execute personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted within designated timelines
  • Aim to maintain a caseload of at least 15 billable client hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Licensure eligible masters/doctoral degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, etc.)
  • Preferably active license (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, LMFT, etc.)
  • Good judgement
  • Open to coaching/feedback
  • Willingness to learn new information and ways of conducting therapy
  • Interest in learning attachment and somatic-based approaches to therapy
  • Competent or coachable with technology (e.g. Gmail and Simple Practice)
